Where can I get a Five Stars Card?

Five Stars cards are currently only available in the stores that have partnered with us. You can view our list of stores here.

How do I know if I earned a reward?

After visiting your favorite stores enough times, you'll receive a notification depending on how you've registered your barcode.

• Email: If you registered your barcode with us on FiveStarsCard.com, you'll receive an email.
• SMS: If you provided your cell phone when you first picked up a card, you'll receive a text.
• In person: If we can't reach you by email or SMS, the store will let you know if you have any rewards attached to your account during your next visit

How do I redeem a reward?

Just visit the store and when the cashier rings you up, they'll be notified about your reward automatically.
