We are Ivalina and Adelio Touri, the father-daughter team who have owned and operated Memo's since 2003. We are passionate about the restaurant and are proud of the distinct and flavorful dishes we offer our customers. Our deep appreciation for exceptional quality is apparent in every thing we do.

Our food is made from the freshest ingredients purchased at the local farmers market and every dish is hand made from scratch. Using recipes that have been in our family for years, we are pleased to offer our customers Mexican food with a unique flair.
